THE BREWERY SAYS:
Lots to dissect here. Our inclination is towards hop-forward beers, so we’ve created a more traditional Porter recipe, fermented it with a Belgian yeast strain and hopped it in a similar way to our IPAs. UK hop Olicana playing a key role in its spicy and earthiness, working well with the darker malts. HBC 638 for some bubble-gum and plums. Chocolate, banana and spicy hoppy. Properly weird.
