Villages – Wildcat Rustic Pale (SALE BB: 8/3/22)

WILDCAT is a rustic pale ale.

This saison-esque, farmhouse-style pale starts with eight different malts before a decent amount of Saaz hops added hot-side for some spicy, herbal, and noble hop character. We then use the saison yeast strain LalBrew Farmhouse for aromas of clove, bubblegum, banana and black pepper. All wrapped up with a dry hop of one of our favourites from the German hop farm Locher Hopfen called Callista – expect citrus, stone fruit, and berries.
