Another evolution of a previous release – a sleeper hit of festivals was our Bramble Sour, delicately paired with cacao nibs. We teamed up with Clifton Coffee Roasters to get some lovely single origin beans from their very own farm in Brazil! The beans were roasted three days before going into the beer. This beer is a caffeinated match made in heaven
