Anything but basic, this modern sour beer hits the spot in any weather, but the sweet, tart blueberries and warming spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger are best enjoyed as a seasonal sensation. The addition of lactose creates a smooth mouth feel and sweet vanilla flavour to round off each sip.
