Using Bramling Cross hops for their unique qualities. They bring berry, lemon & hay which help build this Farmhouse style. Expect a light earthiness, a little funk and a touch of tartness in this vibrant Saison!

Adding a huge 300KG of Blackcurrant Puree to showcase the acidic, tart & slightly earthy notes they bring as well as backing up the dark berries you get from the Bramling Cross.
