Maris Otter provides a base for subtle sweetness and a golden hue for this west coast inspired IPA hopped with 100% Yakima Chief Centennial and Centennial cryo. Leading with citrus notes of blood orange, tangerine and grapefruit with just a smidge of pine, it finishes dry with a gentle bitterness.
