Two Flints – Big Phil DIPA

THE BREWERY SAYS:

We’ve put Big Phil through his paces with an intense science lesson on how best to unlock bound thiols. Using a handful of the most innovative products on the market, our second DIPA has huge aromas of lime, passionfruit and mango that explode out of the glass. Subtle savoury notes from Riwaka and an ever so slight bitterness keeps Phil in check making him a highly drinkable double IPA.

Named after one of our most loyal fans, mad hop head and overall legend we hope you enjoy Big Phil as much as we do!

Motueka Hop Kief
Hop Unlock (thiolized yeast)
