Using our simplest grist consisting of 100% German pilsner malt we’ve created a super clean base that showcases classic qualities of bready delicate honey. Simcoe provides the moderate kettle hop bitterness with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Strata providing layers of pithy lemon, freshly cut grass and muted yet balanced stone fruit notes. Green, floral finishing notes with a lingering, resinous bitterness
