We’ve struck gold again with this one if you’ll pardon the pun…our 9 carat base of extra pale, jumbo oats, flaked and malted wheat plus a generous sprinkling of lactose is so satisfyingly soft. A steady, clean fermentation has given us some fruity ester production which, coupled with Citra, Taiheke and Eclipse, has really upped the juice factor. Expect tropical waves of Juicy Fruit gum, guava, peach and mango with a sweet, pillowy, warming finish that leaves a lingering, sweet marmalade finish.
