Missing cask Sonoma? Well, we thought we’d give you the chance to have 8.8 pints of cask-quality Sonoma delivered right to your door.

Sonoma is a juicy, bright, Pale Ale. Hopped extensively with Centennial, Citra and Mosaic hops at flame out & dry hop. Designed to be a taste of sunshine with citrus fruit aroma and finish.

3.8% ABV

Container size: 5 litre mini keg / cask

Our Method:

Let settle and keep cool for at least 4 hours (Preferably 12+)

Pour without venting (it will be lively)

As the flow slows, open the vent at the top. This will allow you to pour

Close the vent and open it when you pour your beer. Close immediately after
