A collaboration born out of a friendship which started at Mash beer festival in Barcelona, 2023…

A super-soft mouth feel serves as a vessel to showcase some seriously punchy flavours straight from NZ and the US! Trademark White Grape and Gooseberry notes from Nelson Sauvin hops burst from the aroma, while Citra hops evoke subtle White Peach and Melon flavours, building a delicate profile to support a Limey Citrus character. Idaho 7 and Superdelic hops present a medley of Tropical fruits, providing nuances of sticky Mango and sharp Guava fruit. This fully flavoured DIPA balances qualities of soft, over-ripe tropical sweetness against tart and mouth-puckering fresh citrus – a mirage of hops working harmoniously to bring out the best in each other, just like us and Kom!
