As if collaborations aren’t fun enough already, having to put Salted Pretzels into our Mash Tun with Lukasz from Fuerst Wiacek at 8am on a cold Autumn morning, certainly made this one more silly than usual. A huge addition of bitter, dark chocolate makes this a welcome change from the usual expectation of a hugely sweet pastry stout. Its ABV is a very warming 14.5%, and like a warm salted pretzel dripped in dark chocolate, it’s best shared between good friends and loved ones.
