THE BREWERY SAYS:

This is the first of our deep dives into an individual hop and how it interacts with our full, big bodied DIPA base which consists of pilsner as the base with flaked wheat, malted oat and malted spelt. Galaxy is one of our favourite hops and we love what it’s done here. Sitting in the land between tropical fruit and dank resin it delivers a huge hit of passionfruit and peach with accents of bitter orange peel. Pine resin follows and envelopes the palate with delectable dankness before leading out to a subtly grassy, lemon peel finish.
