THE BREWERY SAYS:

A simple malt bill of consisting of extra pale and a light seasoning of wheat, oats and pale rye. Generous fistfuls of Mosaic, Motueka and El Dorado on the dry hop give a blend of delicately herbal, floral undertones with top notes of kiwi, lime and orange peel. The finish is pithy with a slightly waxy mouth coating quality, leading out with flavours of grape skin and honeysuckle.
