THE BREWERY SAYS:

Our friends at Burnt Mill make some truly excellent beer, with some of our favourites being their West Coast offerings. So it was only fitting that we decided to brew a West Coast IPA when they paid us a visit in mid-March. The beer pours a beautifully clear in the glass, but is deceptively juicy on the nose with Nelson & Rakau doing their best to throw you off from the typical American C-hop aroma. On the palate, you’re met with a pleasant bitterness that is more than welcome for the style and keeps you coming back for more!
