THE BREWERY SAYS:

Lauters of Magnitude is a a bit of a first for us here at Brus. This beer is our first to contain real maple syrup and cold brewed coffee.

Brewed with the largest amount of oats ever for a dark beer, that ensures velvety soft mouthfeel and a thick mousse like foam.

During the boil, we added a small amount of milk sugar, for extra creaminess and just the right amount of sweetness. We then make a whole lot of cold brewed coffee, with coffee from the wonderful roasters at Just Coffee. We added real maple syrup to naturally carbonate the beer. You wont find maple that is completely overwhelming, rather subtle sweet notes of maple and just the right roast from the coffee. Let this beer warm in the glass for maximum aroma.
