THE BREWERY SAYS:

Heidrun was one of the first beers ever brewed by Three Hills and today it forms the ever-faithful backbone of our line-up. Usually we use the wonderfully fruity flavours of the hop combo powerhouse that is Citra and Mosaic to showcase the more tropical and stone fruit-forward El Dorado, but to try and manifest an early arrival of spring we’ve produced two special editions showing off a couple of our other favourite hops!

Heidrun Special Hop: Galaxy sees Citra and Mosaic joined by the new(ish) kid on the block, Galaxy. In the few years that it has been grown in enough quantities to reach Europe and the US, this Antipodean upstart has quickly become beloved among haze afficionados. Think mega tropical vibes with trademark bursts of passionfruit, creating an experience that comes as close to sunshine as you can get in a British winter.
