Gladiola Pumpernickel is a 5.4% open fermented Hefeweizen fermented at higher temperatures than Braühaüsenweisse, dry-hopped subtlety with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops from Germany. Effervescent, floral, crackers, dry, earthy. Tastes like taking a spin on a hay-ride through a field of flowers with your grandmama on a nice spring afternoon. ??
