Time Hops looks at some of the world’s favourite hops and the impact they’ve had on beer as we know it. To bring this story to life, we’ve created four unique hop-forward beers inspired by some pivotal moments in time where growers and brewers made the magic happen.

The story of Simcoe is intertwined with one of the finest beers ever made. Our beer goes all the way back to the start of DIPA as a style, an incredible way to express this seminal hop.
