THE BREWERY SAYS:

You know by now how much we love our New Zealand hops and brewing hazy IPAs using them. Unsurprisingly we’ve brewed a soft, hazy pale blasted with fresh crop southern hemisphere hops and loaded up with chewy oats for a smooth texture. Featuring Motueka, Wai-iti, Nelson, Motuere, and Sticklebract hops this big-flavoured pale has all the tropical juiciness you could want but with the unique fresh, grassy, green and piney compliments of NZ hops. We certainly have our favourites when it comes to hops but this is our first beer using Sticklebract which has added a lovely drying citrus rind vibe which we think works great here in Taika. Bottoms up.
