S43 – Mai The Bock Be With You Maibock

Our 2nd collab with our fellow northerners, Full Circle Brewing, resulted in another rarely seen beer style. Maibock is a German style of beer traditionally brewed to welcome in the Spring months. Ours is brewed with traditional German malts, Huell Melon German hops, fermented with lager yeast for a slow fermentation and lagered for 6 weeks to develop the flavours. This easy drinking bock is crisp and refreshing with some toasty malty flavours and fruity/spicy hoppiness for a unique lager experience. A perfect beer to enjoy in the spring sun. Canned in plenty of time so you can have a few before and on Star Wars Day! (May the 4th)
