S43 – Juicier Cannon NEIPA

It’s been almost 2 years since we released Juice Cannon, a hazy IPA with a hint of lactose that really helped put us on the map. We’ve dusted this recipe off and made a few slight changes to bring you: Juicier Cannon. This iteration we’ve added in some Cryo Pop along with El Dorado Cryo and still featuring plenty of Azacca, Citra and Mosaic in multiple dry hopping stages for a juicy hop explosion. Fermented with our house IPA yeast for maximum fruity esters and rounded out with a small amount of lactose to up the creaminess and make it oh so smooth.
