THE BREWERY SAYS:
Pressure Drop Ida is like her sisters – Edna, Orla & Pam. Ida starts life as a kettle sour, brewed over two days. Once in the fermentation vessel, we add heaps & heaps (forgive the technical terminology) of summer raspberries, basil and locally foraged elderflower. The result is a tart yet easy drinking fruity zinger.
