For our seventh birthday we’ve taken the opportunity to work with some of our favourite breweries. With Beak, we’ve created an IPA, upping our hopping rate and using a high proportion of cryogenically frozen hops to make a juicy, and incredibly hop forward beer. This edition uses Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Idaho 7, CGX Azacca and Strata.
