Polly’s Brew Co. – We’ve Lost Dancing DDH IPA

The best part of our DDH IPAs is the extra berth we’re allowed on the dry-hop bill means we can expand the number of varietals we utilise, without overloading in any way. Featuring a four-hop pyramid addition; we’ve been able to go from 20kg down to 5kg over some of our in-house favourites – Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy and Vic Secret in descending order. A face off of Stateside and Down Under hop varietals; Citra and Mosaic bring pithy grapefruit, tangerine, berries, and that distinctive bubblegum sweetness to the party, whilst Galaxy and Vic Secret show exactly why they’re two of the most highly regarded and sought after varietals in the world, with a whole host of citrus, peach, and passionfruit notes bursting.
