THE BREWERY SAYS:

We were absolutely honoured to join the festivities for International Women’s Collab Brew Day last year with In Totu, and jumped at the opportunity to take part again this year for our second effort. Taking things back to square one, the incredible women involved in the day to day here at Polly’s partnered up with our hop merchant Yakima Chief and utilised the 2022 Pink Boots hop blend in a straight up, no frills, 100% Polly’s IPA. Alex and her team loved the idea of utilising a blend that incorporates some newbies to the Polly’s lineup – Idaho Gem and Triumph – along with some recent Polly’s favourites in HBC 630 and Loral to create a beer that fully plays to our strengths. Expect blackberry, raspberry and cherry notes, backed up by bright orange and peach, before finishing with a pithy citrus bitterness.
