Polly’s Brew Co. Oaty DDH Oat IPA
THE BREWERY SAYS:
Replicating those beers from the American hype train breweries that we and the wider drinking world alike have fallen in love with over the last years is one of our favourite things to do, and we’re hitting things with aplomb with Oaty. A DDH Oat IPA doing exactly what it says on the tin; upping the oats to a third of the total mash, and hitting that “fluffiness” that is such a signature characteristic of those incredible American breweries. The dry-hop just completely accentuates what we’re going for with this beer; with Mosaic bringing juicy mango and tangerine notes to dance alongside fresh cut pineapple and that signature berry medley from Simcoe and Idaho 7, all wrapped up in a warm hug of our bespoke LA3 yeast strain. Hype. City.
