Polly’s Brew Co. – Hello Euphoria Pale

Summer looks like it’s finally arrived! After a bit of a washout May, June has turned up and returned things to normal service – hazy evenings, warm afternoons, sunshine, and good times once again. What better to go with these clement evenings than a smashable pale ale, perfect for good times shared with pals. Hello Euphoria – an apt name for a summer wherein things may hopefully go back to normal once again – encapsulates everything we love about brewing; a little homage to the old school with plenty of new school techniques sprinkled in for good measure. A dry-hop bill of Centennial, Citra and Mosaic leads the way on this super crushable beer, with Mosaic and Citra bringing all manner of juicy new school flavour profiles, backed up with some old school piney notes from Centennial.
