Polly’s Brew Co. Good Nature DIPA
THE BREWERY SAYS:
One of our favourite beers of yesteryear from our long-departed Originals range was the phenomenal Azacca Mosaic DIPA. The super ripe tropical fruit punch batted off the mellow, but ever present bitterness in a wonderful display of harmony. With three additional years of brewing experience since we last brewed this beer, we decided to supercharge the same beer, throw in some extra Simcoe and Centennial for a little added new school juice and old school bite, and lavish it with that Augment touch thanks to our bespoke in-house LA3 yeast strain for insane amounts of suspension and mouthfeel. A DIPA a little more reserved on the ABV but no less reserved on intensity. A nod to the past with sights set solely on the future.
