That incredible medley of passionfruit, peach, cassis and blackberries is absolutely second to none, making it a pretty special hop. What better to compliment a pretty special hop than a pretty special strain of yeast new to the brewery? London Fog is a go-to for breweries wanting to produce that haze-heavy New England style of beer – utilised by our contemporaries but something that has always passed us by, we decided to join the party and create a single hopped Galaxy IPA wrapped up in London Fog for those ultimate hype points. Hazy, juicy, dank, and pulpy – full on awesome.
