Polly’s Brew Co. – Cracks Extra Pale

If there’s one thing we love here at the brewery, it’s chewing the fat after work over a beer and reminiscing about how far we’ve come over the last three and a half (nearly four!) years. Stories about our favourite beers over that time often come up, and it occurred to us that we’ve never really brought the Extra Pale Ale that really blew our minds back in those halcyon Loka Polly days over to the present and treated with some properly 2021 Polly’s vibes. Cracks does just this, and with aplomb – an absolute dream of a pour, this beer absolutely explodes with flavour thanks to its Citra, Simcoe and Azacca hop bill. Think um-bongo levels of juice, with mango, passionfruit and pineapple a-plenty.
