Polly’s Brew Co. – Circle Foam DIPA

It feels like ages since we last brewed a straight up, non-DDH Double IPA – we’ve brought everything back to basics and gone back to what we feel is the strongest string in our bow with Circle Foam. A DIPA that doesn’t take any prisoners despite not having the DDH status of some of its bigger and brasher recent siblings, we’ve packed this beer to the seams with Chinook, Citra and Galaxy, over the course of a 50kg dry-hop charge. The result? A beer that is bursting with passionfruit, peach, and apricot notes, backed up with mango and pink grapefruit, before finishing off with a grassy bitterness to keep everything balanced.
