A dark sour, fermented with our mother culture of wild yeasts and microbes, conditioned on a blend of Ethiopian and Honduran coffee beans from The Brew Project as well as Peruvian cacao nibs.

Rich coffee and dark fruits, moderate acidity, smooth cacao finish.
