THE BREWERY SAYS:

A modern day homage from Pietro Maltinti 25 years ago, in Italy, the brewer Agostino Arioli decided to give a modern hint to traditional Pilsner beer experimenting the dry hopping technique.

We felt it was time for us at Partizan to give our own interpretation of the style, challenging the difficulties of brewing a modern days standard lager in a very traditional English plant. We decided then to dry hop as tradition wants with Tettnanger, a German hop surprisingly keeping up in pace with todays American varieties.

The result is an unfiltered hoppy Lager honouring whom in the past was brave enough to change apparently established rules and, with the same concept in mind, look forward to the future trying to put more ideas into play.
