THE BREWERY SAYS:

A collaboration with Carbon Brews who, like Old Flax Store, are based in the old industrial area of the city they call home. We’ve rebrewed our ever-developing rice lager base, with its delicate flavour and smooth, bright white mousse-like foam, and added Ceylon tea – one of Hong Kong’s most popular non-domestic teas – for its crisp, fragrant citrus notes and some black-tea tannins.
