Inspired by the interplay of sweet and savoury in the flavour profile of Hon Kong cuisine, we’re balancing the malty sweetness typical of Black IPAs and Cascadian Dark Ales with deeply savoury, umami flavour of miso along with nutty, slightly bitter black sesame.
