Northern Monk Brewery OFS044 Banana Mango Lassi IPA
We are very familiar with Mango Lassi, and have certainly brewed one or two interpretations ourselves but for our second OFS India brew, we give a nod to some more traditional Indian lassi flavours by leading with banana. This brings a higher perceived thickness and contributes to a more fruit bowl-like flavour which is accentuate by whirlpool hopping with Huell Melon and Idaho 7.
