Time to grab something to eat. Tajin is a stable across tables in Mexico as a go-to addition to a meal, and it’s dashed across wide varieties of fruit on street stalls across the country. We’ve taken our favourite south American fruit, Mango, to flavour this full, rounded sour, added a kick of tajin spice, and finished with a squeeze of lime for a real taste of Mexico.
