Northern Monk Brewery Fresh From The North QIPA 002
We’ve gone bigger and better second time around in this series for it’s trade debut and entered quadruple IPA territory at 12.2%. The giant hop bill is made up of Bru-1, El Dorado and Centennial ensuring flavours of candied pineapple that have been drowned in concentrated pineapple juice for a month before being finished with giant squeezes of orange and lime juice and tossed into a fruit salad. Fruity.
