Brewed to mark the 1000th brew on the Old Flax Store brew kit is Northern Monks biggest IPA brewed to date. This 15% hop monster showcases some of the newer hop varieties in the shape of Strata, Zappa and Talus, backed up with some more established stars in Citra and Idaho 7. Expect a thick, creamy mouthfeel brimming with grapefruit, lime, passionfruit and orange with a classic overripe tropical fruit backbone riding throughout.
