Based on Lanre’s tales of drinking cool refreshing Palomas after a hot and dusty day of digging for vintage vinyl in Greenpoint’s thrift stores, we’ve recreated the cocktail in beer form, with Talus, Moteuka, and Ekuanot’s zesty notes along with pink grapefruit juice and a squeeze of lime.
