Some of our favourite US varieties in the shape of Idaho 7 and Citra for waves of sweet tropical and citrus, while NZ hops Rakau, Riwaka, and Motueka create swells of peach, passion fruit, grapefruit and lime in a Session IPA that won’t result in a total wipeout.
