Mondo / Mothership – Sister Doris The Finkasaurus WC Pale

Sister Doris The Finkasaurus is a 4.5% West Coast Pale Ale, brewing in collaboration with Mothership Beer, in support of Hart School. Extra Pale Ale malt provides the base. Wheat, Carapils and Crystal 150 added for body, flavour and colour. Centennial hops for bittering. Centennial and Simcoe in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.
