THE BREWERY SAYS:

Utilising the strong German influence in our brew team, we’ve produced a hoppy, bitter and malty lager. The Heller Bock is not dissimilar to the Maibock, strong and dry on the finish. Skip your way through the Edelweiss, past the Ibex hugging the mountains, as you enjoy a few cans. Or pretend you’re doing that from home.

Lager malt and Munich provide the base. CaraMunich added for colour and flavour. Chinook hops for bittering. Fermented with a German Lager yeast strain.
