Mikropolis – Cosmo: Nordic Edition

THE MIXOLOGISTS SAYS:

The classic cosmo but in a new way with more juniper and nordic notes to it. It’s slightly sparkly, fruity but still no doubt that it is a proper drink.

The drink is easy to approach but with the sweetness and vanilla to the nose, a littel boznyess is allowed too. The rhubarb and vanilla takes up a lot of space on the pallet giving it a nice feel.

INGREDIENTS: Lingonberry, cranberry, juniper from the gin and a hint of orange peel.
