THE MEADERY SAYS:

When my friends at @craft_metropolis contacted me to make a special mead for their 5th birthday, I couldn’t say no.

They were big fans of our previous bochet mead, so an idea was formed for something similar. A mixture of sharp and bittersweet apples were sourced just after their harvest, the honey was scorched, and a final addition of cinnamon capped it off.

We hope you enjoy the result! Here’s to many more years of Craft Metropolis.
