THE BREWERY SAYS:

We’ve done something a little different for our most recent hazy IPA… Diamond Days is 100% German hopped IPA, featuring a three way split of Huell Melon, Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc and fermented on a German Kölsch yeast.

Notes of tangerine zest, fresh cedar and lemongrass take centre stage, with undertones of fuzzy peach and apricot to sweeten and soften the hop character.
