Howling Hops – Pirusuna Japanese Dry Pilsner

THE BREWERY SAYS:

We thought we’d give one a go to see if we could beat them at their own game. Presenting Pirusuna, or Pilsner as it’s known in this part of the world. We went with 20% rice in the grain bill. The body is extra light and crisp, the single hop Sorachi Ace provides a distinctive citrus and herbal character, the finish is dry as a bone.

Did we beat them? ‘Course we bloody did!
