This sour beer, brewed with Exale Brewing and mixologist maestro Roy Varty from Room For Fishes, is a juicy riff on the Paloma cocktail. Additions of Grapefruit, Lemon, Pineapple, Pink Peppercorns, Salt and Coriander give this high-powered sour a tropical twang.
