The nose enjoys pleasant banana aromas. A fine top-fermenting yeast flower is typical and characteristic of Gutmann Weizen. The initial taste is mild, soft and harmonious, before the pleasant fruitiness turns into a spicy taste. The fine hops note in the mild finish encourages you to continue drinking.
